The new Residential Building is located in the luxury quarter "Dragalevtzy",at the foot of the Vitosha Mountain. The entrance for the residential floors are direct to the street. The access to the underground garages in the basement and the ground floor is accomplished with loading platforms. The arrangement project foresees modeling of green areas in front of the Head Entrance of the building. It's planed a planting and grassing of the loading platform, binding the the street with the garage basement. In the south-west part of the building plot is formed, on the mezzanine level, an inner courtyard, where by means of plants are formed spaces in front of the different flats and is realized pedestrian zone to the ground floor and the existing open-air swimming pool and restaurant. The plants in the green areas are situated on the concrete tables of the garages on the basement and ground floor levels and are based in stone nursery gardens with depth 50 cm. So are used decorative bushes and different trees. By the planting are used decorativ coniferous trees, complemented with from eternally green bushes. The construction of the building is monolythic, armoured and reinforced concrete. The surround walls are brick. The outside walls are 25 cm thick, the inside walls are 12 cm thick, the floor property is separated with 25 cm thick walls. Seismic variation at 9 level by the table of Medvedev-Shponhoer-Karnik are neutralized by two reinforced concrete systems reciprocally perpendicular. All outside walls are addictionally isolated. The water supply and sewerage systems are isolated with doble walls. In the basement are situated the underground garages and the elevator's control panel. The measurement of the current energy is accomplished in the head electrical control panel, based in separated premises. From the head control panel are supplied the local flats electical panels. The electrical installation is realized with PV cables in PVC pipes. The wall-plugs are "Shuko" with zero terminal. There is foreseen forced wall-plugs for the cookers, washing machin?s and the boilers. The stairs lightening is realized with self detached circle and will be ruled with light buttons. The corridors lightening is realized with self detached circle with automatic system and will be ruled with light buttons. It is foreseen ground connection installation for the head electrical control panel, weak electrical installation /phone, bells, intercoms/ lightning defence. The Building is allocated at 15 min with a car from the skitracks "Laleto" on the Vitosha Mountains. The skitracks are workable from december till april. The worktime is from 6.00 AM till 22 PM. There is ski lift too.
