? Golf Courses
Only 10km away from Balchik a new 18-hole golf course is being build at the moment by the famous golf player Gary Player.

The Tuzlata lagoon nearby Balchik lies 4km to the east of the town.
The pool's bottom is covered with black, plastic mud used for medical therapies.
The presence of curative mud and a mineral water spring gave rise to a spa complex and many private villas on the banks of the lagoon.
A balneo center was built here beside the two lakes, formed by old landslide.
It receives patients suffering from disorders of the bones.
There is a mineral water spring with temperature of 31oC.

The yacht marine in Balchik was known as Dionyssopolis in ancient times.
