The first thing to say about this property is that however long this description is or however many photographs we show, we cannot do it any justice. There is nothing else for it, it really has to be seen to be believed. This one off property just oozes character and has plenty of room for a large family, someone wishing to do bed and breakfast or even popular people who are planning on having lots of visitors!

As soon as you arrive at this large 300sqm family home it is evident that it has been lovingly reformed with character of a modern rustic style. The first evidence of this is the covered terrace which is absolutely perfect for entertaining, the two arches are covered with flowering jasmine giving a wonderful evening scent. To one end there is a large BBQ area with nooks and crannies for your wood and anything else you might need.

From the covered terrace you enter the house into a stunning extra large lounge with open fireplace to the other end of this large room is the dining area, this room boasts extra high ceilings.

From the lounge you enter the master suite comprising large bedroom, luxurious fitted en-suite (including Jacuzzi bath) and additionally there is a dressing room.

Also leading from the lounge is a hallway to a further 4 bedrooms, 2 of these rooms are en-suite. All of the bedrooms are double bedrooms and would take 2 single beds rather than a double bed.

From the dining end of the lounge there is a well fitted kitchen with a good range of wall and floor units.

The property has mains electric & water with extra water storage for added pressure, hot and cold air conditioning to several rooms, telephone & internet access and Satellite TV.

Externally whilst there are 4000sqms of fenced land not all of this has been utilized and it would be easy to make your mark here. However in place there is an outside utility room which also has a shower and toilet which are conveniently situated close to the pool area so no need to run to and from the house!! The pool is surrounded by terracing and to one end there is a brick built bar - all you need is a waiter or waitress and you can just lie back and relax!

From the pool area you can take the steps leading up to the solarium, and here you have a further area covering most of the house.

This property is in lovely little hamlet of about a dozen or so other typical type Spanish houses and yet is only a 5 minute drive from Albatera.
