The town of Aspe is located on a tributary of the Vinalopo River 5kms south of Novelda on the main road. The old town is pleasant to walk through and it has been renovated into a pedestrianised areas. The Plaza del Ayuntamiento is interesting with its church and modernist casino. Aspe has all essential amenities including large supermarkets, schools, restaurants, bars and has a street market on Tuesdays and Thursday – although you can visit a market every day of the week as nearly all main towns and villages hold their own. Alicante (about 24 kms away) has the nearest beaches (blue flag), a beautiful marina, castle and many more places of interest to visit as well as an abundance of shops, shopping centres, indoor and outdoor markets and boat trips etc. etc… Aspe is only 5kms from the N330 motorway and the Alenda Golf Club is a 10 mins drive away. All prestigious golf courses of the area are also easily accessible due to the excellent road access. This 80 sq mtr property is in need of restoration. It has electricity and drinking water.
