Absolutly perfectly situated & finished,very large,clean,tidy, Beautiful House. This is close to the large town of Ontinyent about 20 minutes from Alcoy. The closest Beaches are Gandia & oliva 35 minutes away so you are away from the tourism of the coasts but its there if you want it.We have excellent Morgage Facilities at a fraction of English rates. This quality house is perfect for any Family wanting to settle into Spanish life. If you’re fed up of living under grey skies 9 months a year and facing increasing crime, fear of violence, not to mention rising taxes and house prices. We Have found the most Beautiful, picturesque, economical, safest of areas in Spain. We have chosen this area to live in out of the whole of the coasts in Spain, and have found it to be the most satisfactory for us and our children. It’s only 35 mins from the nearest cost and equal distance from 2 airports (Valencia and Alicante). The Weather hear is not red hot year round and being in the northern part of Spain you can see the seasons changing, we even get the odd snow fall, but don’t let that bother you, it only stays one day then melts when the sun comes back out. We have at least 300 days of sun per year normally. For example: We have been to the beach in mid October and were able to swim comfortably then came back with a tan not thinking the sun would burn.
