CREVILLENTE Crevillente is a busy Spanish town about 20/30 mins inland and is famous for the manufacture/sale of carpets and tapestries. An industrial town but with an old picturesque centre with flat-roofed Moorish houses adjacent to gardens of sub-tropical plants. There is a church, museum, an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants (catering for all tastes and nationalities), shops, medical facilities, hotel and all other amenities you would require to make your permanent or semi-permanent stay enjoyable. The large urban centre of Elche is about 18 km away with easy access to Alicante airport 25 km away on the A7 motorway which is close by. This beautiful detached villa can be found on the outskirts of Crevillente and enjoys 125 sq mtrs of living space on a 2000 sq mtr plot which is cultivated with olive and orange trees with many trees for shade from the midday sun.
