A unique finca situated in the midst of beautiful nature. The finca consists of a total of three separate properties, a large garage, a Moorish patio with sauna, large swimming pool, a large yard, various terraces and a nice, subtropical garden.

The ground floor consists of a large hall, a fully fitted kitchen with equipment of very high standard and with a dining area with fireplace and exit to a terrace via glass sliding doors, a sitting room with build-up book shelves and an open fireplace, a bathroom and a laundry room. From the sitting room stairs lead up to the first floor which has a double bedroom with build-in wardrobes and bathroom en-suite plus another bedroom. Along the first floor you have a covered balcony on to which there is access from both bedrooms. Also you find a beautiful, Moorish patio with plenty of plants and palm trees and which includes a fish pond, a sauna, a shower, a place for sun chairs and a dining area. Through an antique door you come to a terrace which has connection to the country style kitchen. All apartments, terraces and garden tracks are tiled with terracotta tiles.
All living units have central heating, window frames in wood, cast iron safety grills and SAT-TV. In the first two apartments there are decorative beamed ceilings and the main building has a telephone connection. The property is very tastefully furnished with many antiques and leather chairs and sofas.
From the terraces belonging to apartment number two and the main house stairs lead down to a 14 meter long swimming pool with green tiles. The pool area is planted with plenty of tropical plants and palm trees. In connection with the pool you have a nice sun terrace with terracotta tiles, an outdoor shower and there is a possibility to enter the pool from either side.
Underneath the pool there is a 30 m² large garage which you come to via a cast iron gate and a drive lined with cypres trees. The drive is tiled with natural stones. Next to the garage you find the pool-house in which there also is a washing machine serving the first two apartments.
The two apartments and the main house are situated in a beautiful, subtropical garden with natural stone walls, many old olive trees, tropical fruit trees, almond trees, oleander, cypres trees and cactus. The building itself is partly covered with bourganvilla, wine and efeu. The garden has an automatic watering system.
The water connections to the property consists of to wells, a public line and a water contract/connection to a private line. There are two water deposits each with a capacity of 20,000 litres. Electricity is connected (three fase).
Apart from the beautiful garden the plot of approximately 10.000 m² is primarily planted with old olive trees and bushes. Away from the main building there is a chicken shed. There is a permission to extend this with an extra 80 m, i.e. an additional house/apartment if needed.
From the property you have wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean. The distance to Sayalonga and to the coast is approximately 6 km.
