Country house under construction of approx. 100 m2. It will contain a living/dining room with fireplace, a rustic kitchen with breakfast bar, a hall, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a storage room. It will have aluminium windows, double glazed with wrought iron grills in front of them and the doors to the terrace. 40 cm outside walls of will have 2 cm insulation in between and it will have high, slanting ceilings. In front of the house will be a 15 m2 covered terrace. Water and electricity is connected to public lines and a reserve water tank of 12.000 ltrs will be included as well as a swimming pool of 5 x 2,8 m with jet and an outdoor shower. The land area is about 2.500 m2 and grown with a few vines. It offers wonderful views across the foothills of the Nature Park of the Sierra Almijara, four white washed villages and a part of the Mediterranean Sea. The village of Archez is about 3,5 km away, the coast about 18 km.
