Large, newly constructed (year 2005) country villa of approx. 220 m². The villa is divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, an open plan fully fitted kitchen with a large dining area, pantry, laundry room, a large lounge with fireplace, two bedrooms with build-in wardrobes and glass doors to the pool area, two en-suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. On the first floor you have the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two walk-in wardrobes.
