From here stairs lead up to another roof terrace of about 20 m² with beautiful views over the typical white washed village, the hills of the Sierra Almijara and its highest mountain, the "La Maroma". The lower ground floor is at the moment only accessible from outside and contains 3 rooms, of which 2 are original old, the mule home and a quite large "Bodega" with still containing some wine-making equipment (from here was originally access to the house), the 3rd newer room just needs some touch-up. This house is a corner house, standing free to 3 sides and it cannot be build-on to the open side. It is connected to public water and electricity. The centre of the village is in walking distance and the coast is about 18km away.
