Just a few minutes drive from the town of Rio Gordo and one kilometre off the main road, there is a drive way leading to the bungalow with ample parking space for several cars at the front and an out building to the right with two rooms that could be used for guest or rental accommodation. To the left are a swimming pool, patio and terrace so that you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views on those hot sunny days or warm evenings. Entry is to a large lounge with a wood burner at the far end and a door to the left leading into the substantial rustic style kitchen/diner. From here there are doors giving access to a fully fitted shower room and three double bedrooms, the master bedroom having a fully fitted en-suit bathroom. All the ceilings have been finished in a traditional rustic style bestowing this bungalow with charm and character.
