IZNAJAR INFORMATION

Iznajar is a beautiful village situated on a hill overlooking the reservoir which, because of its size, is known as the ‘The Lake of Andalucia’. At the summit of the hill in Iznajar stands the castle, a muslim fortress dating back to the mid-eighth century. The reservoir is a place to fish, participate in water sports or swim from Valdearenas beach.
